Delta Engineered Plastics injection molding department is conveniently located to serve southeast Michigan and surrounding areas of the Midwest and Canada. With press sizes of 30 ton to 3500 ton and a 40 ton crane for loading molds, Delta is capable of handling even the largest injection mold tryouts. A full complement of support machinery also ensures that the mold and molding resin perform as expected.
Delta's molding capacity, along with Delta Tooling Co. experienced mold makers, who can help with last minute adjustments, are just a few of the reasons Delta should be your source for successful Mold tryouts. Upon request, Delta Tooling can digitally inspect your molded parts and provide a numerical printout to certify those parts. As a part of our tryout service, the customer receives a complete printout of the molding parameters that produced your part on our molding machine. These molding parameters can than be used to develop your own production process settings for that mold.
Delta Engineered Plastics can also provide customers with service parts or short-run production parts. Our molding schedule can accommodate either a single parts order or a regular, periodic supply of parts as needed.
