Our expertise is predominately focused on meeting the needs of the automotive, trucking, and aerospace markets, for both plastic and sheet metal components ranging in size from small trim panel fixtures to full vehicle assemblies.

We have the necessary skills, processes and machinery to satisfy your requirements, whether it be creating holding fixtures from simple concept drawings through full body assembly fixtures using modern 3-D CAD solid modeling systems. Fixtures are manufactured using state of the art 2-5 axis CNC controlled machining centers and DCC coordinate measurement machines to insure that we meet your accuracy requirements.

As a TE-9000 compliant fixture source with worldwide resources and partnerships, Delta is uniquely positioned to design and build fixtures which meet all North American and European OEM requirements.
